Throughout the years, I’ve earned a reputation for being an effective and strategic email marketing expert. With more than 7 years of experience in both nonprofit and private sectors, my expertise spans a multitude of audience landscapes. I have proven success in improving email performance metrics and effectively communicating with a diverse group of audiences. I am currently in the higher education field and am passionate about engaging our student population with meaningful email communications. I’ve also worked with financial consulting and auditing clients, veterans, healthcare, criminal justice and immigration audiences. My approach to brand development has always been about helping organizations bridge the gap between message and audience in an effective, structured and natural way. I nurture my audiences through every step of the engagement funnel and am an expert with A/B testing and driving successful campaigns with performance in mind. I seek to optimize messaging and tailor it to each audience. I’m experienced with industry-leading email marketing platforms including Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua and What Counts. I am adaptable and comfortable learning and working with new ESPS. I am also familiar with WordPress and commercial website platforms and their components, including publishing articles and forms on this medium and then including them in relevant newsletters and emails. Finally, I have experience with SQL, web forms, and integration between email platforms/client databases and websites.
