- Consulting existing and new select employee groups on the features and benefits of Empower Federal Credit Union and the advantage their employees have in being members.- Manage relationships of existing select employee groups to help thier employees know the benefits of Empower and how to take advantage of all of services provided- Custom tailor a Credit Union Benefit Program that enhances and adds value to a company's current employee benefit package, at no additional cost or effort to the company- Assist area businesses in establishing a direct deposit and payroll deduction system -Provide ongoing support services to member companiesto ensure a high level of employee awareness, understanding and participation in the Credit Union's Benefit Program- Serve as a dynamic ambassador to the community and constantly be involved to create awareness of how Empower Federal Credit Union can support the community.

Promoted to Regional Advertising Director June 2012.Responsibilities: Department leader of both advertising sales and classified sales staffs. Responsible for financial planning for the organization, goal-setting, and reporting. Developed, implemented and trained sales staff (6 account representatives) on all new products. This included 8 special sections, 3 digital products and the afore mentioned combination (digital/print) packages.Outcomes: Achieved a 40% profit margin average income monthly for the publication. Consistent goal achiever in personal sales as well as team sales. Growth of digital sales from 2010 to 2011 up 70%. Developed successful combination packages of digital and print over $10,000.00 incremental/new revenue monthly. Note: As Regional Advertising Director I now oversee 4 properties including the Horseheads Shopper, The Bath Currier, The Penn Yan Chronicle, and The Leader.

Maintained a sales territory while motivating and managing the team of sales executives. Special Sections Coordinator for 2 years. Responsible for oversight and development of new sections and growth of existing stand alone sections (2 to 3 Monthly). Outcomes: During time as special sections coordinator, sections grew by 5% - 9% average. Developed profitable sections that have become annual, as well as anniversary sections, such as St. Joseph's Hospital's 100th Anniversary section that finished with over $15,000.00 incremental revenue.

Top sales person for 6 years. Worked a previously cold territory outside of circulation, which included Chemung County and all areas east including Pennsylvania to the South. Increased the monthly revenue for the territory from $12,000.00 to over $28,000.00, when promoted to Advertising Director. Grew Account base by over 7% each year. Reached sales goals for territory 84 out of 96 months in territory (17 months in a row at one point).

Served as the team leader, business manager for two businesses as well as the office manager for a third business housed within the same office space. Responsible for hiring and training new staff to join the teams for both businesses.
