My role sees me working on a wide range of projects for internal departments, in partnership with external businesses and our customers. This faced-paced role in an ever-changing industry has allowed me to lead projects, take on a single development role and work with small and medium teams.Specialising in the development, maintenance, and implementation of our .NET e-commerce solution while working with several different frameworks, technologies, and platforms to ensure successful incorporation into our businesses and customers’ everyday activities. My experience over my career allows me to draw on first-hand experience and develop with the customer’s journey in mind, ensuring the designs and user interface have been implanted to my high standards with the end product being robust, scalable, secure, SEO friendly and a joy to use by both internal and external users. While this role primarily has me developing e-commerce, ERP, PIM, and CRM solutions, I’m also involved in other types of projects that fall under the IT blanket such as the development of ePOD solutions, mobile phone applications, hardware, and systems rollouts.

Responsibilities:-Responsible for the planning and execution of social media content.-Monitor and reporting of the effectiveness of campaigns.-Internal training of social media best practises.-Effectively communicate training aids, trends, forecasts and company updates.-Design and develop innovative solutions for generating organic traffic in the absence of an e-commerce site.

Responsibilities:-Optimisation of products, categories, brands and landing pages to increase listing rankings and sales conversions.-Evaluate traffic data to improve the online content and increase sales conversion.-Research competitor activity and pricing to keep in line with the current market.-Analyse internal search data to create valuable posts and effective descriptions.-Report on current sales, promotion effectiveness and stock.-Develop strategies to clear excess stock.Experience & Skills:-Proven track record in managing an e-commerce site and providing excellent levels customer service.-Experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS), web analytics and sales reporting.-Ability to identify upsell opportunities and effectively upsell products across categories.-Creating innovative solutions to stand out from the competition.-Ability to develop captivating brand and landing pages that keep with the brand image.
