Responsible for credit policy and credit administration for all NBT consumer lending and small business portfolios including Indirect, Direct, Home Equity, Residential Mortgage, Specialty Lending and Business Banking. Chair the Bank's Retail Risk Asset Quality Committee with responsibility to develop relevant content and appropriate credit metrics to monitor asset quality performance across all consumer lending portfolios. Senior credit executive for consumer lending on CECL and D Fast and Data Aggregation projects. Exercise authority and partner with line of business managers in matters involving credit policy, compliance and underwriting. Manage the Retail Collections and Special Assets departments. Serve as a member of Operating Committee and Credit Policy Committee

Responsible for the overall management of the Consumer Lending Division and Retail Collections/Special Assets. Duties involve establishment of Division's business plan, budget, planning, product development, policy administration, personnel management, profitability and overall credit quality. Exercise authority in matters involving credit policy, underwriting, hiring and development of division employees. Serve as a member of Operating Committee, Chairman of the Retail Risk Asset Quality Committee, member of the Credit Policy Committee and Chairman of Land Record Services, LLC, a bank owned title insurance company.

Responsible for the overall management of advertising, marketing and corporate communications. Work directly with facility administrators in achieving occupancy goals and community outreach objectives. In addition, assisted the Trust Division Manager with the development program, cultivation of donor prospects and managing investment fund.
