Accomplishments include:Managing a highly technical engineering group, consisting of 14 Process Engineers and Technicians, dedicated to launching 20 - 40 new products annually in medical, automotive, fluid, and power applications.Transferred over $6.5 million in annual production from a support facility during a 10-month period, successfully rearranging existing machines and condensing the entire operation to increase the plant’s production by 25% in the same available space.Managed a $600K Cleanroom Expansion and assisted in a 30K sq. ft. facility expansion.Support budget and capital expenditure planning development for all technology activities, and participated in establishing short and long term business plans and strategies.Responsible for all equipment expenditures for the facility resulting in $2.8M in capital investments.
