Regular financial key performance indicators (KPI) and treasury projections communicated to shareholders, financial intermediaries, and important stakeholders.3. Evaluation of potential company prospects, acquisitions, and finance options.4. Compiling financial and operational benchmark key performance indicator (KPI) reports by comparing with competitors and telecom providers in different markets.5. Analysing financial business risks and identifying possibilities to enhance the financial performance of the businesses within the group.6. Providing monthly reports on discrepancies between actual outcomes and budgeted figures.7. Prepare ad hoc reports and deliver presentations to Chiefs, Senior Management, or heads of business departments.8.
