Kurt Ernst is Staff Product Manager at Signifyd, where he drives the evolution of cutting-edge fraud protection solutions that safeguard eCommerce businesses.  With a deep passion for developing fraud prevention platforms, Kurt focuses on ensuring that every feature helps real people impacted by fraud.  Prior to joining Signifyd, he managed buyer fraud and payments at Wish.com and built identity verification and fraud solutions at Equifax. Earlier in his career, Kurt played a role in developing fraud and risk platforms at major financial institutions, including Citibank, Fifth Third Bank and M&T Bank.Kurt holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Florida Institute of Technology and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.Outside of work, Kurt enjoys cheering for his alma mater in college football, learning to scuba dive, playing golf, and perfecting his barbecuing skills. When he's not busy with these hobbies, you might find him trying to convince his kids to take a break from their screens.
