All of my years in broadcasting and marketing, along with my firm belief in conservatism, has lead me to my current post. Copywriting has always been an arrow in my quiver, having won numerous awards while working at The Virginian-Pilot. MRC is nationally recognized as America's #1 Media Watchdog, exposing and neutralizing left-wing bias in media, and fighting the censoring of conservative views online by the Big Tech oligarchs. Prior to the MRC, and for the last 30 years, I worked in marketing and entertainment. Astro Entertainment gave me the creative license to really be me --- be it in the way I market and promote or entertain via DJ'ing and emceeing. It really was another fine blending of my talents, my ultimate skill sets. I have the unique ability to understand an audience and can reach them via various forms of traditional and non-traditional media, as well as up-close and personal. I can write, direct, produce and voice a radio spot or create, plan, and execute entertainment and BE the entertainer. I pride myself on my creative energy and tireless work ethic. I also specialize in team-building events for corporate partners - game shows of all kinds - and have led groups including Smithfield Foods, The FDA, Commonwealth's Attorneys, NC Rural Association, and many more in those efforts! As a "side hustle," as they say. I still DJ on occasion for my friends at Astro, and for my own DJ business based in Manassas, B-Sharp Entertainment. Kurt was awesome! Everyone loved how he was dancing with us. He really kept the party going, which was exactly what I asked for. He read the crowd so well. All my wedding guests, young and old, were on the dance floor most of the night! I even had friends ask his name so they could have him for their wedding - Daniel RobustoKurt is not just “very good” he is exceptional. Honestly I got so many compliments about his performance- friends were saying that they wanted to book Kurt for any party they could. His energy and personality are wonderful and infectious.
