Supervise a team of 6 Resident Advisors, 18 Hall Attendants, and directly oversee the largest building which houses 311 undergraduate and graduate residents. Within Earle Hall, manage programming efforts, facilities and maintenance management, guest policies, and act as the judicial officer for any incidents occurring in the building. Chair the Administrative Operations and Technology teams, as well as assisting with Resident Assistant selection and training (including the personal selection and supervision of the campus’ Senior Resident Assistant position), and Maintenance teams. The Administrative Operations Team manages logistics of room selection, changes, cancellations, summer housing, as well as maintaining accurate reports of occupancy and billing through Adirondack Suite. The Technology Team applies Lean methodology to streamline online operations and reduce paper usage for the department.

Regular responsibilities include office hours, creating on-call schedules, holding weekly meetings with individual staff members, weekly residential life team meetings, nightly rounds of the campus, and enforcement of policies. Other responsibilities include conflict resolution and mediation, emergency medical response, disciplinary actions, transportation logistics, and organization of social event planning and execution.
