Each anomaly site needed a plan for access, permitting, construction, assessment, and site clean-up.• Issued lump sum and time and material contracts and managed the contractors to budgetary and safety targets. Worked with contractors on improvement plans when necessary. Dealt with contractors that used union labor and understand the intricacies of the different local and national unions. Successfully managed vendors and contractors through a difficult bankruptcy process.• Designed and executed 14 pipeline maintenance outages and nitrogen purges of the pipeline so sections of the pipeline could be safely cut-out. Performed general pipeline maintenance projects such as relocations, line lowerings, and hydrotests. Successfully executed over $40 million in projects in 4 years.
