With over 25 years of experience in the education sector, I have a proven track record of delivering curriculum innovation, enhancing the learner experience, and achieving outstanding results. I successfully led the merger and full integration of three colleges, along with significant estates developments and the implementation of the digital transformation strategy across the group. I then successfully led the newly merged Group from a "Requires Improvement" Ofsted Inspection outcome in January 2020 to a "Good" Ofsted inspection grading with a "Strong" rating for contribution to regional skills within 2 years. I am passionate about providing accessible, inclusive, and high-quality education for all, working closely with employers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that programmes meet the needs of the local and regional economy. I have also developed and delivered multiple professional development initiatives for staff, and fostered a culture of collaboration, excellence, and diversity within the group.
