Led a project team that provided technical management support and technical analysis to the State of Arizona AHCCCS department for the Maintenance and Operations Takeover of its consolidated Eligibility and Enrollment System. Kurt and team reviewed, commented and assisted with the approval of Project artifacts and Deliverables, work plans and project schedules. Provided technical and business analysis to the State of Colorado Health Care Policy and Finance (HCPF) department for the Utilization Management’s Prior Authorization Request (PAR) System Replacement Project. Kurt worked with other team members to review, comment and consult on the project Vendor and internal User Acceptance Testing plans. He monitored and reported progress of PAR transmission test execution. He created the service request, coordinated the business requirements documentation, review and approval process and monitored the implementation of data warehouse file extract processing and electronic transmission to the new Vendor.

He assisted with schedule creation and provided weekly technical updates to Project Management Office. He provided technical status updates for monthly progress reporting and assisted with the creation of the Concept of Operations and MITA roadmap documents.
