At Brauhaus Schmitz I am responsible for all aspects of customer service. I am required to continuously increase my knowledge of the products sold by Brauhaus Schmitz, and to create a lively and educational dining experience for patrons. I am also charged with working large-scale special events, such as: Oktoberfest, Maifest, and Night Market.

In January of 2013, my first novel, "Human Nature: Fire Rises Within", was published by Dmon Publishing, LLC. I have since been working on two new novels, and a pitch for a Jim Henson Company writing contest.

In my time at Penncrest, I served as a full-time classroom teacher while completing my student teaching requirement for certification. I taught five separate Language Arts classes; 10th Grade Advanced Placement English, 10th Grade English, 11th Grade Advanced Placement American Writers, 11th Grade American Writers, and 12th Grade Advanced Communications. I was responsible for creating unique lesson plans for each class, and worked within the teaching community as a team member. I was also responsible for classroom management, examinations, and grading.
