Helped businesses generate more e-commerce traffic while also helping them compete with larger firms. Called warm/cold leads to establish and promote interest that resulted in sales appointments and presentations.

Year-long position where I administer timely collection of payments that I manage for group trips. In charge of tens of thousands of dollars that goes towards the funding of the events that are scheduled. Continually working with members of the executive board along with other committee heads to plan accordingly.

Assisted staff with everyday work and submitted financial aid paperwork, student’s transcripts, and other miscellaneous documents into Perceptive Content for other departments to access. Identified students’ documents and linked them to specific accounts so they can later be processed by the Office of the Registrar. Completed projects with other team members successfully in a fast-paced office setting.

I participated in designing and updating databases that were used to collect earnings reports for weekly presentations displayed at corporate meetings. I helped redesign a system that could inform sales employees on their goals while updating them on their progress weekly. Through this internship I was able to not only work on the Sales and Finance teams but also shadow other departments such as Tax and Treasury.

Worked in a fast paced local restaurant in the heart of downtown Boise. Worked with a team, helped others get tasks completed, and learned to problem solve quickly.
