• Worked with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) leadership as well as Data Warehouse Developer to develop & report on the desired KPI’s that had monthly ticket volume of ~14,500 to provide insight for the specified time periods • Developed numerous SQL scripts to help automate existing processes as well as create new data sources to help make data more readily available on a desired, refresh schedule • Partnered with Database Warehouse Developer to find additional KPI’s through alternative data sources that weren’t originally provided via an already established database• Leveraged Tableau to create an automated dashboard that was used by Senior Level Leadership to gain vision into key departments of the Customer Support Services that reported on department specific KPI’s as well as financial metrics

• Responsible for leading meeting with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Finance to develop forecast for approximately 56 million cases that was uploaded into SAP system that is by SKU and DC Level detail• Worked cross functionally with Supply Chain and Customer Service to help to develop production planning and customer order fulfillment• Oversaw and able to report back on over $220 million of annual trade spend within TPM system• Rebuilt and maintained an offline planning tool used by the National Sales Team to forecast approximately 21.4 million cases and approximately $170 million in Trade Spend by incorporating VBA code to increase the functionality and performance of the tool• Systematically designed an extract of data from the offline planning tool and worked with IT to design a SAP job that uploaded data into SAP TPM system • Used three years of previous year’s sales information to proportionately distribute a corporate sales quota of 17 million plus across all channels of business for the StarKist Sales Team
