I am an accomplished and driven finance and investment professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate and maintain long term relationships. I have over 20 years’ experience in investment and structured finance, with the primary objective of mobilising capital for sustainable and transformative change. My areas of specialisation include originating, structuring and sourcing of transactions including local and cross-border transactions, black economic empowerment transactions, real estate investments and renewable energy investments. After many years as a Structured Financier at RMB Investment Bank where I originated, co-ordinated and structured transactions from a financial, taxation and corporate law perspective, I left RMB to pursue my passion and establish KeHa Holdings. KeHa Holdings primarily advised Investment Holding Companies with regard to their Empowerment, Investment and Structured Finance strategies covered Property Management and Investment sectors, Hotels and Vineyards, Financial Services and Technology businesses, both locally and internationally.I have facilitated the University of Stellenbosch’s Business Academy Programme aimed at teaching individuals the ‘secrets’ of building a profitable business whilst promoting the virtues of stewardship, honesty and integrity in the corporate world. In addition, I provided investment advisory support to South Africa’s long standing black economic empowerment investment companies, namely Ditikeni, whose shareholders are all not-for-profit organizations and represent more than 2 million people in South Africa
