Working as a Regional CRM Clinical Educator for Abbott Medical UK LTD. Been in post at Abbott since December 2016.I have developed interests in coaching, innovative and unique customer relations and remote care. I specialise in Merlin.net training across the UK, helping hospitals and health care professionals reap the rewards, easily and efficiently, for the benefits of their patients and staff.Previously trained as a Cardiac Physiologist, I held posts in Basingstoke and North Hampshire Foundation Trust and Papworth Hospital. I learned valuable skills, such as time management, working under stressful environments, but also life skills such as stress management and building relationships with both colleagues and patients. I developed extensive clinical experience in implantable cardiac devices, from ILR to CRTD and have continued to hone my expertise in my field.My ambition is to continue to grow as a mentor/coach and help my team become one of the most successful CRM teams seen within Abbott Medical.
