- Responsible for the fabrication and installation of stainless steel and mild steel projects within the food processing Industry to an extremely high standard. - Attend and participate at morning toolbox meetings. - Pre-starts on all machinery prior to the commencement of shift. - Risk assessments and hazard identification prior to the commencement of work. - Completion of JSA’s, SWMS and Take 5’s. - Tig, Mig and Stick welding to client specific requirements. - Equipment maintenance and repairs. - Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety regulations at all times. - Use of engineering equipment such as brake presses, lathes and Milling machines.
