• Provide weekly updates to Sr. Managers and Directors on progress status of projects.• Work with the India team to produce Data Extracts of the Bill of Materials for eight worldwide operations facilities. • Request from the procurement team the vendor and pricing information for the purchase parts that are on the Bill of Materials.• Review and maintain the master data layout for the Bill of Material that will be used for setting up worldwide plants.

As a Project Manager in US GTO I have worked on multiple projects for both internal clients and external. My responsibilities on these projects are to hold weekly project status meetings to track the progress against the project plan and to produce weekly status reports with financial information. I have managed a major tools implementation of IPSoft that change ticketing system for the GIS department.

My responsibilities are managing the development of systems needed for allowing the citizens of Vermont to purchase healthcare which is part of the Affordable Care Act. As part of this I was responsible for hiring developers, Business Analyst, and System Analyst and also with managing the requirements to put together the multiple instances that will be used for Development, Testing and Staging for the migration to Production and the DR instance. CGI will be hosting these instances for the client in one of their data centers. This project also has many required deliverables that have to be reviewed by the State and Federal Government. I manage over 20 developers that will be developing JSP pages, interface, reports, and notifications.

• Responsibilities included managing the transition of 32 applications to a team of 6 L2 Production resources. As part of the transition 6 different Quality Gates had to be passed by the client. Each of these gates had a list of deliverables that had to be captured and documented on the Clients SharePoint site. After the transition was completed I have continued to manage the day to day operations of this team on. • I’m also managing a pool of 22 Discretionary developers that transition 54 applications from client. These resources are involved in projects and production support of the applications on a day to day operation. I have also worked closely with the Clients Development Managers and Directors for project resourcing and forecasting of future projects.

As Team Lead my duties consist of supervising 10 analysts (local and off-shore), managing their work load and assigning them call tickets for the different applications that the team supported. I have managed multiple projects ranging from 100 hrs up to 1000 hrs. All of these projects were done using the PMI process and the CGI CPMF methodology. I also maintained the HP Deployment Management Module v1.2.4 and the PVCS version managers' tool as part of our ITIL process for quality and compliance. I participated in weekly Change Control meetings to review all changes that were scheduled for migration to the production environment. I am also responsible for establishing yearly objectives and goals for the members on my team and evaluating these members against their goals. Additional my responsibilities also included onshore and off-shore training and process documentation. Key ACHIEVEMENTS:Managed a team of developers that participated in the Oracle Upgrade from the 10.7 to 11.5.9. The applications that we handled were 3rd party apps that had interfaces with the Oracle Financials. These systems had to be tested against the new release and modifications were made where any issues were identified. Managed large to small projects teams from requirements-gathering to implementation and support. Some of the larger projects were the PeopleSoft Upgrade Migration from 8.0 to 8.1 and the SmartSolve Upgrade from 7.03 to 7.05 which also included validation of the system for FDA regulations and compliance. Assisted in managing the Project Management Office by capturing all of the weekly project metrics and provided weekly reports and trend analysis as to the health and schedule compliance. Facilitated Project reviews with the project managers and sponsors based on defined governance processes.

my responsible were both implementing and maintaining the Oracle applications for PO/AP, WIP/BOM/MFG. I have worked with the user community to develop reports and queries for their various business needs. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:Implemented a Warehouse Management Application (WMS) call ClearOrbit that interfaces to the Oracle application using handheld bar code scanners. These handhelds were use in the day to day function of the warehouse for doing Purchase Order Receipts, Inventory transactions, Manufacturing Jobs completions and Order pulling. Participated in Oracle implementations (10.6, 10.7) as a developer supporting the AP/PO module and the MFG Module. Developed scripts to assist data migration for the AP/PO. As part of the implementation we had to take every customization program and compile it against version 10.7 tables and correct anything that failed and recompile it until it until it was a successful compile.
