• Overall in-charge of making and monitoring the Company's financial forecasts and strategic plans. Our team acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights to support management decisions• Led the set-up and monitoring of Balance Scorecard and OKRs (Objective and Key Results) of the company to align strategic direction with short-term tactical plans• Primary point of contact of shareholders and banks and acts as the investor relations person of the company• Oversees the Corporate Finance team which acts as the in-house advisor of senior management• Observes financial trends within the organization’s expenditure and provides management with insights on how to optimize operations based on these trends

Financial due diligence•Conduct research on the Philippine market with a particular focus on the specific industry where the target company operates in.•Summarise, analyse, and present relevant data and information in an accurate and clear manner in order to create more value to our client.•Highlight key synergies that the potential deal will create for our client.•Ensure that financial information provided by target companies are reasonable and accurate by applying knowledge in financial accounting standards. •Review and summarise key contracts that have a financial impact on the deal.•Identify key deal issues that will have significant impact on the valuation of the company.•Report on the quality of assets by highlighting off –balance sheet items, debt and debt like items, and normal working capital requirements.•Report on the quality of earnings by identifying key revenue drivers, performing EBITDA analysis, and coming up with a normalised income statement of the target companies.•Prepare detailed and high-level reports that are relevant to our client’s investment decision.Valuation•Analyse the operations and key drivers of the target company in order to come up with a list of market comparable transactions and companies.•Utilise necessary tools such as S&P Capital IQ to compute for a weighted average cost of capital specifically for the target company.•Prepare a discounted cash flow model in order to come up with a sound enterprise/equity value of a company.•Prepare a model using relative valuation to check the reasonability of the computed value using the discounted cash flow model.•Coordinate closely with the client and the due diligence team to factor in all synergies and adjustments in the valuation model.•Prepare a detailed report that will help the buyer in terms of the purchase price for the transaction.
