Responsible for lead generation, qualifying leads into prospects, conducting a needs analysis for the prospects, and converting them into sales. Specialized in working with HOA communities.

I helped start a student-lead hockey league at the University of Arizona that contained over 50 members that I had to personally recruit and sell on purchasing a league membership. I helped coordinate game times with the local ice rink in order for games to be played as well as helped negotiated on prices. Once the league started I managed every team so that league operation ran smoothly.

I followed up on existing leads to generate new RFP's, as well as prospected new clients in the HOA, commercial, residential, and industrial market segments. I met with these customers on-site and assessed their concrete and asphalt needs while trying to maximize their ROI for the work I believed needed to be done. I worked on generating bids as well as proposals for new clients and converted them into sales. I completed operational site maps, measured the projects beforehand, and demonstrated strong customer service with our clients. I had extensive work with data entries into Salesforce as well. Lastly, I identified new target markets to pursue, garnered experience with cold calling them, and prepared my own marketing materials to deliver to new leads.

During this internship I worked with the sales and marketing team and was tasked with account management, sales analytics, prospecting potential clients, creating marketing materials, and extensive work with Salesforce.

I worked as an assistant project coordinator. I setup construction projects, handled customer relations on site, and had to think on my feet to resolve customer issues.
