As Dean of NATO School, the Alliance's largest professional school, collaborated with international officers, diplomats, and high-level civilians to direct research, curriculum design, instruction, accreditation and certification for program of 80 academic courses. Managed a $5M budget. Refocused the mission in support of Afghanistan operations. School became financially self-sufficient for the first time in its 60-year history. Led revenue-generating training trips across NATO and Afghanistan. Built online courses to respond to NATO requirements for more expertise on Afghanistan combat and support operations.
