I have always had an interest in technology and in improving the lives of others. Initially I worked towards and received my bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene because I wanted a job where I could do the latter. While I worked as a safety specialist I made command decisions regarding employee safety, and trained employees on several topics from forklift driving to protecting themselves from silica exposure. On my off time I engage with technology. I built my own computer and still keep it updated with parts I install myself. I also enjoy going through the files in video games and other programs to see what makes them tick and to see what modifications I can make.
