Kurt has over 25 years of experience in research, marketing & consulting, including actuarial, strategy and alternative investment consulting at Mercer, BARRA and Bear Stearns. Kurt currently is contracted as a strategic marketing consultant to the Modesto, CA based real estate investment firm Graceada Partners. Mr. Stevens previous consulting projects involved working on the real estate development team at the Pollard Group, and conducting institutional hedge fund research and alternative manager search as part of a fund of hedge funds research team for Systematic Absolute Return AG in Zurich, Switzerland. Kurt’s early career focused on research, trading and manager selection for actively-traded equities, futures, commodities and fx alternative hedge fund strategies.
