I thrive on a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced working environment which focuses on achieving business goals, team building and impeccable customer service. I enjoy the challenges of building long term relationships and becoming the part of the customers’ team go to people for problem solving. I excel at consultative sales and making the complex understandable. I have developed and maintained favorable relationships with dealership staff and customers. I promote product line by working with dealership salespeople during conference calls with customers as well as participating and managing trade shows. I use critical thinking towards a goal of improving the overall process. I have been a mentor and trainer and use my teaching skills to approach sales as a teaching moment. I have taught product training classes to as many as 150 and have successfully developed the training and materials for these classes.One of my favorite customer related activities was equipment startups and demonstrations to showcase product and to get customers off to a positive start. I have successfully managed territories consisting of up to 13 states and 2 provinces of Canada. I’ve grown territory from $8 million to over $12.5 million in revenue.My career path is an interesting journey as I have what I like to call many lives. I got a Bachelor of Science for Oregon State University (Go Beaves) as an Industrial arts teacher. I have worked as a teacher, delivery boy, inside sales and outside sales. I then went in to the business world and found a passion for talking to people and helping solve their problems by selling the right product to deal with the problem. As territory manager I have found my true calling. I enjoy working with customers and presenting product ideas and solutions. I fight hard to win the customer with the right solution and move it through the bid and purchase process seamlessly.
