The Incident Handling Team (IHT) is the contact point between high-tech printing customers across Europe, Africa and Middle East regions and the Kodak service organization. Working closely with different functions inside the company such as Credit team, Resource Planning team, Remote team, Service Area Manager and Field engineers, the IHT moves customer requests for support through the correct channels making possible for the technical teams to act on the requests in a timely manner. The team has a major impact on customer satisfaction and it’s responsible with others for handling customer requests for support and process spare parts orders. On top of shared tasks, I am responsible for the personal project, Inside Sales, selling the company’s products and services whenever requested and providing products and/or services information to assist customers in making decisions.Communicating efficiently and professionally with internal and external customers, making sure that information is well understood and correct processes followed as daily business.My multi-lingual written and spoken skills in communication contribute to a smooth team play job in an international company, being able to work independently whenever requested.

As airport controller for Thomas Cook , first at Santo Domingo and since february 2013, Punta Cana, I have been responsible for the smooth organisation of the flow of our arriving and departing guests of different nationalities.
