Projects And Courses Executive
My role and responsibilities deal with the operations of the academy from the development and implementation of educational programmes to project management and updating company accounts and budgeting. As an operational role, I’m also involved in the business development activities, such as establishing collaboration with various international stakeholders such as private and public Higher Education Institutes, Government departments, and other stakeholders, participating in European Funding, and assisting in the marketing implementation of the academy such as digital and traditional marketing campaigns.My role also includes the full-cycle management and coordination of e-learning projects. In managing the project development phase, I oversee the internal team/s performance and deliverables in line with the project timeframes and allocated budget. I’ve also gained experience in carrying out reports to document the various deliverables which have been developed/implemented by the team members. In terms of project management methodology, I’ve gained some experience using Kanban boards, agile methods, and waterfall methodology as I work closely with our software development team. I also had the opportunity to represent the academy in numerous local and international conferences and seminars. I am also responsible for guiding the courses co-ordinators and the overall management of the courses and customer/student support to ensure a seamless learning experience.
