About Kurt Willmont

I have spent greater that 20 years in leadership positions and have supported an array of different teams ranging in size and discipline. For the past four years, my experience included being a member of the senior leadership team. In this role, I provide strategic leadership and overall direction for laboratory operations which totaled nearly 1000 staff members. While in this role, I also experienced one of the highlights of my career which was spearheading the creation of the turnover reduction and employee engagement (T.R.E.E.) team. As chairperson of this small but passionate team, we advocated for employee wellbeing across the site. The results were undeniable; turnover was greatly reduced, and employee engagement scores increased year over year. I have extensive experience working collaboratively with stakeholders (internal and external) to enable their vision through operational preparedness. I am very accustomed to aligning business need with operational resources and being accountable for execution, compliance, quality, and financial performance of all areas under my purview.
