I sold Lilly Software's Visual Manufacturing and Visual Distribution systems to mid-sized manufacturing customers.

One of the original employees of VBS, I developed the training materials used in courses used that trained thousands of Visual Manufacturing users. I used these materials to train many Lilly Software corporate personnel during Lilly's explosive growth in the 1990's and was a presenter at every Lilly Software User Conference through 1998.When not in the classroom I was on the road helping mid-sized manufacturers implement Visual. As VBS's key troubleshooter, I found myself routinely dispatched to deal with complex implementation issues and troubled installations.
