OEM manufacturing qualifications for specific process task release to include; hand form though jig buildup, interim assembly to final buy-off, Rockwell Hardness, heat treat, Chem mill, Eddy current, NDT, etc. Experience as training instructor and/or as mentor for team building short and long term with a primary focus for operators immediate safety of flight quality improvements, innovation formatting, sustainability, reliability and risk reduction tailored to clients needs and finances. Performed as HMV rep and/or team member for lease return, purchase and transfer under FAA, EASA and many global NAA regulations and OEM standards.
