Led 15 programmers and 5 business analysts in the architecting of ERP application for the commercial construction industry. Introduced formalized SDLC methodology to establish end-to-end software development implementation process. Highly involved in the architecture of several systems integrations. Managed overall system architecture for application development tools, system design tools, and base application additions / modifications. Served as DB2 Database Architect / Administrator, using ERWIN and Rational Data Modeling Tools. Oversaw 4-year project, developing and managing electronic forms distribution, document imaging, and workflow systems written in Java and integrated into existing ERP System for A/P invoices and approvals.  Project managed development teams writing software in RPG, Java, and C++ as well as Visual Basic, Jasper, Crystal and graphics / web team for corporate Intranet and Internet sites. Teamed with outsourcing companies, off shore and near shore, creating Master SOW documents, and individual projects; included traveling to India for modernization projects.
