Main achievements:- Implemented, tested and supported BT’s international & domestic voice platforms in the Benelux to provide business and wholesale voice products- Drove the transformation of the TDM-based voice networks towards next-generation VoIP networks for both business and wholesale markets in the Benelux- Via continued optimisation of the voice platform install-base I contributed to an optimised network unit cost- I managed the yearly network investments within budget- Managed the upgrade of the cross-country ISDN/ISUP monitoring platform - Drove the optimisation of the Proximus interconnected network.
