Masala is home to my private therapeutic work. With a great team of fellow practitioners, I do individual and group therapy/coaching. A current project of great interest to me is The Men's Group (http://www.themensgroup.ca), where a friend and I are exploring the next generation of men's groups with a great and brave group of guys. It is scary, challenging, fun and very fulfilling.

At the core of this group is the goal of helping guys to be their best and, in turn, for them to help others to be theirs. Through monthly gatherings, guys are supported to challenge themselves to live at their edge.
