In this role, I was responsible for maintaining client relationships, creating custom implementation and training plans for each customer, training field staff as well as the tier 1 support team, resolving tier 2 support issues, kitting & configuring outbound devices & managing these devices with an MDM solution. Additionally I was also responsible for full regression testing of the updated software, Quality Assurance testing the updated software, & documenting bugs / issues for the dev team to address.

As assistant manager I was responsible for many of the store management tasks ranging from both Opening and closing the store, to assisting with Inventory and product ordering tasks.

- Responsibilities included Preparing Golf Carts for the day’s activities. Greeting Customers upon their arrival and assisting them with the check in process. staging golfer’s equipment on the carts. At the end of each golfers round I would greet them , clean their clubs and transport the clubs to their vehicles. Between the customer support tasks I would assist in the Pro shop and the golf range.
