Directed all marketing functions in the Americas. Identified and drove strategic market development initiatives for multiple product lines, supporting over 150 sales / service personnel in 8 countries with all marketing, advertising, and promotion materials for a manufacturer of integrated industrial products and process solutions. Architect of 5 new product launches in 18 months, from concept / R&D phase through testing, costing, pricing, promotion and life cycle resulting in unprecedented market penetration.

Handpicked to develop and lead a team of 24 sales, applications, and technical support professionals dedicated to capturing and managing high-volume, strategically important accounts in North and South America. Oversaw 3 new product launches, all advertising and promotional activities, sales force training, industry trade shows and associations.

Selected to develop and lead global implementation of a user-friendly, industry-tailored CRM / sales management and information system as part of a global ERP implementation initiative. Expanded role to manage 30 customer service representatives throughout 6 sites and coordinate advertising / product marketing activities for North America.
