Kurt Herzer, M.D., Ph.D., Principal, Rubrum Advising, most recently served as Senior Advisor for data and analytics at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where he focused on modernizing technology and data infrastructure as well as developing new platforms and applications for advanced analytics, evidence development, and evaluation across the world’s largest collection of healthcare data.
