Starting my apprenticeship with Interpro Linings in 2016, over the last 6 years, I have progressed throughout the company and now hold a position as a site manager. This role entails a wide range of duties and responsibilities. In addition to working on the tools and building projects, my duties include: Training new staff members / apprentices / work experience students, problem solving, client relations, time management, order of operation, material organisation, attention to small detail and an overview and understanding of the big picture. Growing relationships and gaining trust amongst clients provides a greater chance for future projects but most importantly keeps the client happy and satisfied. This makes building these relationships a critical part of my responsibilities in my current role. Some projects I have overseen include: NSW government works, Australian federal government works. Anytime fitness gym Fit-outs and a great number of commercial office fit-outs.
