All Same skills and responsibilities as my previous role still present within my role with the addition of the following.Hybrid working: which allows me to work remotely from home, where I triage support tickets and manage various back office platforms and charge points. Perform remote config changes and diagnoses. Extensive knowledge of Platforms, integration and had the pleasure of assisting with a full company estate migration to an alternative platform.Onsite working, when issues arise of a minor electrical nature or any network issues that require a higher level of competence, I can mobilise to site to employ my skills and knowledge to find a solution.Office/ workshop workshop, utilise the excellent office facilities and workshop space, to make network solution prebuilds and pre commission chargers before being deployed to site. This include functional testing with the back office chosen by client and ensuring chargers function as the should before install.

• Pre-Commissioning of EV chargers before deployment into the field before install• Working largely with Etrel products but also very familiar with EO, Myenergi, Compleo, Tesla and Ensto technology• Fault finding and diagnosis• Replacing of internal and external components within EV chargers• Connecting chargers to a range of Back-office platforms and performing functional testing• Competent in the use of Back offices and their capabilities• Prebuilding of multiple products including Tesla Gateways and communication network solutions

• Reactive maintenance performed on a day to day to have the machines running for as long as possible• Striping down gearboxes and motors, replacing all bearings, sprockets, and miscellaneous components• Re greasing moving parts to ensure longer quality of life• Fault finding and diagnosis• Fixing and replacing pneumatic airlines• Fabricating and steelwork of all kinds
