Coordinated modality/company team meetings to address concerns, educate, encourage and share information; providing daily necessary resources within appropriate parameters for the support of the team members and department; daily collaboration with billing business office, and vein center to review company/customer opportunities. Performed CT, DXA, Fluoroscopic, and X-Ray exams/procedures. • Increased Ultrasound volumes; extended hours of service for CT, Mammography, MRI, and Ultrasound; added specialty exams in CT, Fluoroscopy, and MRI; expanded ultrasound in a satellite office.• Expanded operations over the course of 9 years by opening a Vein Center in 2 locations, extended hours of service for MRI, and Ultrasound. Review weekly time sheets and submit to payroll dept., coordination of compliance, safety, and site training; Hire, coach, discipline, evaluate, and terminate staff. Negotiated, reviewed and signed supplier/vendor contracts for inside/outside building/lawn/landscape maintenance and company equipment/supplies as necessary, mange ACR accreditation for all modalities. Overseeing students, externs, interns to provide a positive educational experience. • Added specialty exams in CT, Fluoroscopy, and MRI; Oversee CT, DXA, Mammography, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, X-Ray, IT, and PACS Administration staff scheduling, task assignment and follow up. • Increased the average monthly exam volumes by 68% while average monthly wages decreased by 20%.
