This role juggles a range of operational requirements, both administrative and practical in nature. In this role, I have been responsible for the registration process, our equipment & apparel processes, game day and other event management, as well as most stakeholder management.This role sees me interact with all levels of stakeholder, from junior players and parents, semi professional players and coaches, referees, competition administrators, suppliers, and local government (elected and employed).

As customer account manager, my role involved building and maintaining relationships with aged care facilities and hospitals who utilised our patient transfer services.

Leading a team to creatively, actively and effectively generate new First Aid Business whilst continually assessing existing relationships and current offerings to further increase business.
