During my Internship at ERAC, I had undertaken a role that developed my skills in sectors such as sales, customer service, marketing and business admin. I gained valuable experience of dealing with all types of people and acquired the ability to meet their needs and requirements, as well problem solve. I achieved my first promotion after 10 months with the company by passing my Management Qualification Interview (MQI) with an overall of 87%. This enabled myself to apply for management positions within the organisation, of course after given a full time opportunity following university.
