I bring a wealth of experience in leadership and operations from my tenure as a Boatswain Mate in the US Navy, where I supervised over 50 sailors across a spectrum of responsibilities. In this role, I managed real-time operations, prioritized personal welfare, and imparted essential seamanship skills crucial to ship upkeep and mission success. Known as a Boatswain's Mate Second Class, I functioned as a pivotal middle manager, overseeing strategic task planning and ensuring seamless execution in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
