I served in the Armed Forces for a number of years, which for many is a great achievement in its self!I am continuing my serving as a reservist, during this time I have learnt a lot transferable skills like building teams, leadership and many more skills.In fact, I am a proud member of the Chartered Management Institute and a former member of the International Association of Bookkeepers, although his membership has lapsed for the time being.Aside from that I've been lucky enough to manage a number of projects/businesses from both inside and outside of the forces and holds a certificate of higher education in business management and continue to study towards a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management Studies. ​In 2015, I become the Founder & Chief Executive Officer at the Youth Enterprise Academy; a not-for-profit organisation. Later I became chairman and CEO of the charity in 2019.
