I direct 5 Regional Field Operations Managers that work with 72 field technicians who distribute, maintain and repair 13K x-ray security screening equipment systems across the U.S. and Canada. Interacting with clients including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Federal Bureau of Prisons and Transportation Security Administration (TSA), I protect customer relationships when resolving complex issues without compromising profit. I oversee all aspects of HR, such as hiring, safety, employee relations and training programs. In addition, I manage customer relations, projects and P&L performance.➟ Leading operations, I define policies and procedures that accommodate business development objectives, develop new business models and monitor KPIs for ISO audits.➟ I maintain an average fleet availability rate of 99.4% through the timely dispatch and on-time completion of 9K+ annual preventive maintenance and corrective repairs tasks. ➟ Overseeing contract management, I source, screen, select and negotiate with all contractors, vendors and subcontractors. I ensured the team met 100% of 24 to 48-hour response time service level agreements (SLAs).➟ Leveraging my ability to negotiate favorable SLAs and client contracts, I maintain a 41% average service profit margin, well above the 10-20% industry standard. ➟ Collaborating with engineering teams in the R&D phase, I roll out new product processes and create product documentation that include installation best practices for screening equipment at air cargo facilities such as FedEx, UPS and DHL.➟ Serving as a project manager for large-scale deployments, I lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle. Highlights include:> Partnering with NFL executive stakeholders to provide security equipment for Super Bowl 2021 and 2022. > Working with the Vancouver Olympic Committee and Royal Mounted Police to develop a security plan for all Olympic venues and Olympic Villages.

I oversaw a new product roll-out from inception to implementation. Using a system that was primarily used in Australia and Mexico, I introduced the product into the United States.➟ I played a key role in securing the company’s largest contract, a $30M agreement for all hold baggage screening in Mexico. ➟ After learning all aspects of the new system, I managed 10 foreign technicians who were training in the U.S. I installed and maintained beta test sites for the new equipment. ➟ I directed the Phase 1 initial deployment of x-ray scanning equipment at 10 sites in accordance with the new DHS regulations for indirect air carriers. ➟ Overseeing the beta-testing of Australia’s TSA systems, I managed installation, directed training for end-users and educated installers and service technicians.

I performed preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on large-scale imaging and x-ray equipment. Traveling to different client field sites, I consistently maintained above the 95% up time standard. I documented all repairs and compiled maintenance reports for record keeping. ➟ After conducting trend analysis and monitoring performance metrics, I identified deficiencies and recommended training.➟ I collaborated with sales and engineering personnel to design or modify products to meet the needs of the client. ➟ I am certified as a Radiation Safety Officer with advanced knowledge of exposure, handling and environmental safety in compliance with OSHA standards.➟ During the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia, I provided project management for multiple initiatives. I assessed sites, coordinated logistics and delivery of equipment, oversaw installation set-up and organized personnel training.

I installed, maintained, troubleshot and repaired large-scale mobile and stationary cargo and parcel digital imaging systems as part of EG&G Astrophysics Research Company. Working in secure sites such as airports, government and military facilities and border crossings, I conducted site surveys and feasibility assessments. I represented the company at trade shows to market equipment and gain new clientele.
