I have extensive experience in IT and management on many levels and great interest in how IT can strengthen the business as a whole, with good service as basis.My primary skills are partly within the customer support area. Establishing strong and lasting relationships with customers through an effective and committed service culture. They are also on the field of IT-security (network, firewall, AV, Risk Management, user policies, backup) as well as on operating and servicing hardware. From Windows Servers in a virtual environment and managing complex networks down to pc´s and different sorts of equipment. I always have an eye on economy and optimum utilization.I always focus on streamlining processes. Through automation, better working practices, new technology or wherever improvements might be hidden. I have strengthened my practical experience with ITIL and PRINCE2 certifications.I have a strong business sense and is able to operate on all levels. I thrive the most in dynamic environments, where interdisciplinarity and openness are keywords in a busy workday and where I have the opportunity to evolve both personally and professionally.I am the one who takes the initiative if things are stalling. I am passionate about the things I am dealing with and I achieve my greatest satisfaction when my efforts have made a difference to both business and customers.
