My current role is to support all aspects of the program to include technical writing, mentorship to team members, and standardization to ensure that our processes continue to thrive and improve.Key duties:• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback.• Write all “Scopes of Work”, negotiate quotes, and support PM’s in obtaining subcontractors.• Conduct QA inspections on all projects throughout their life cycle.• Support integration as a Subject Matter Expert in various hardware/software technologies.• In the role of Test Director, coordinate various teams in conducting system wide tests to validate functionality and provide Test Reports upon completion.• Act as a liaison between our team, our customer, and various government entities to bring projects to completion on time and on budget.

To direct and supervise from a project location, the planning, implementation and tracking of the specific deliverables of a project in coordination with the Program Office and in accordance with the contract.

To provide installation, service, and application support for products and systems.

Duties include client consultations to determine realized or un-realized technological needs,system design/sales, and inspections of all completed work per company standards. Responsible for staffing technicians,coordinating resources and schedules with customers to ensure a timely and adequate response to installation and service requests.
