Our Mission at Servi-Tek: Be the Employer Destination of ChoiceI founded Servi-Tek in 2006 along with my co-founding partners because we were convinced that there was a better way to do things in the commercial facility maintenance industry. And that way had to do with delivering superior results to customers by focusing on the needs of our co-workers who would actually perform the services at the customer’s facility. That business philosophy was relevant to the times because people working in the industry were viewed as nothing more than a commodity. With an aim to create a motivated workforce that would love their job to delight customers with exceptional service, we developed our core mission: Be the Employer Destination of Choice. Centered on this mission, we have built a company where people want to work, not where they have to work. Servi-Tek’s mission has led us to experience a remarkable growth and market leadership in commercial cleaning and janitorial services. Responding to the changing needs of the market, in 2016 we launched our engineering and facility maintenance division led by our fourth partner, Eric Sorensen. Currently, I along with my two founding partners and the newest partner are focused on leading and guiding our talented team that loves to work with our clients. We are focused on the quality of the product we deliver to our customers and the quality of the lifestyle our co-workers can enjoy. At Servi-Tek, we offer fully customizable facility maintenance, janitorial and engineering solutions to help maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness for our customers. Servi-Trak is a full-scale janitorial software application that coordinates, tracks, and simplifies even the most complex commercial cleaning cycles. Our state-of-the-art technology platform was developed by services industry professionals for service industry professionals. Servi-Trak’s executive team has 30+ years of direct commercial cleaning experience, giving us firsthand knowledge of some of the biggest challenges faced by business owners managing a mobile workforce.
