Provide coaching/training to Water Operations Manager, Supervisors, field crews and staff on management, information systems, technology and personnel issues. Provide advice and counsel for implementation of GIS, SCADA, Asset Management and Payroll systems. Provide support and recommendations during labor negotiations. Prepare and deliver formal presentations to Board of Directors, managers, field crews and office personnel.
