I have been with VPI for over ten years. When it comes to getting things done and finding solutions, I am told that I am tenacious and have the stamina to finish. All I know is that it really bugs me to not cross the finish line. My roles at VPI include business development, contract management, project and program management, vendor qualification and selection, some operations, and a lot of manufacturing. I am responsible for developing many of VPI’s strategic relationships. I am also a leading candidate for VPI’s CMO (Chief Mischief Officer) position. I am intimately involved in VPI’s production and manufacturing of Zagg portable keyboards, Orbit Irrigation Timers, Cymbrio’s energy-cost monitoring Plug2Know, and the RADAR the GPS- Breathalyzer as well as other products. At VPI I have been entrusted with leading several multi-million dollar projects from concept through mass production. I get a lot of satisfaction in helping our clients navigate the pitfalls of the product development process. In terms of my overall strategy with clients, I focus on the long-term relationships. This perspective has proven to be very helpful with our clients. Though I graduated with a BS in Business from Utah Valley University, I have to say that the lion’s share of my education has been though a very broad range of work experience fueled by a desire to take on tough challenges and get past the finish line. I do have a life outside of work, and one hobby I love to participate in is riding dirt bikes with family and friends. However, if you were to watch me ride, you might get the impression that my favorite activity is doing push-ups with my dirt-bike strapped to my back.
