Before starting his own company, Kurt managed large government consulting projects for Nexpointe Strategies, ranging from $60,000 to $500,000. In this capacity, he lobbied Congress on behalf of the Indiana Attorney General and the Do Not Call law and helped draft the state's Energy Plan. He also served as Manager of Political Affairs for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, where he managed campaigns for targeted pro-business candidates all across the state of Indiana.As Vice President of The Prosper Group, Kurt served clients including US Senators Scott Brown, Dan Coats, and Pat Toomey and US Reps Quico Canseco, Michael Grimm, Larry Bucshon, Dan Burton, Charlie Bass, Frank Guinta and others. Together with Kristen, they have grown a company that continues to serve dozens of Republican candidates and organizations every cycle.Politics Magazine awarded Kurt a 2010 Rising Star award, saying “Luidhardt has become one of the GOP’s top thinkers in online campaigning and has developed revolutionary new phone banking technologies.” Kurt is responsible for company strategy, and business development.
